MAIN RESPONSABILITIES Chef de partie

 
 
Prepare the meat at the right temperature and monitor the quality while it is cooked on the grill.
Prepare the food for parties and create the daily specials based on the ingredients in the kitchen.
Performs preparatory work such as meat cutting, meat frying, mixing sauces and making vegetable dishes.
Cooking food according to recipes, quality and presentation standards.
 

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES Kitchen assistant

 
 
Ensures hygienic conditions in the food preparation areas.
Washes dishes and makes sure they are properly stored.
Sorts, deposits and distributes the ingredients.
Washes, cleans and cuts the foods to be cooked and helps prepare salads and desserts.
 

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES Bartender

 
 
Prepares alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for the bar and restaurant clients.
Interacts with clients, takes orders, and serves snacks and drinks.
Plans and presents the menu.
Mixes the ingredients and prepares cocktails.
 

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES Waiters

 
 
Offers excellent service to clients
Welcomes clients and presents the menu to them
Takes orders and serves drinks/food, while also selling additional products.
 
 
 
Arranges the tables and maintains them clean and tidy
Cooperates with the serving team and the kitchen staff
 

Hourly salary, monthly salary and payment dates

18 – 55 years old, depending on the position
 

Personality

People with a good attitude, hard-working, serious, friendly, in good physical and mental fitness and who have no health problems will be accepted on this program.
 

Marital status

Both married and single/ divorced candidates may be accepted.
 

Experience

Chef de partie: minimum 1 year experience
Kitchen assistant: minimum 6 months of relevant experience
Bartender: minimum 6 months of relevant experience
Waiter: experience not required, but it may be an advantage during selection
 

Qualification

Qualification not required, but qualified candidates have an advantage during selection
 

English level

Beginner to intermediate, depending on the position.
 

Other foreign languages

Other languages are not required, but may prove to be an advantage.
 

Driver’s licence

Not required.
 

Working and resting hours

- 8-10 working hours/ day
- 5-6 working days/ week, depending on position
- 1-2 days off/ week, depending on position
Working and/ or off days are agreed upon with employer, through the employment contract.
 

Nature and length of contract

Employment, full time contract. Length of contract is 4-6 months or indefinite period. Contract may be extended depending on employee performance and employer decision.
 

Transport ticket (home country - Sweden)

Transport costs to/ from Sweden are covered by employee.
 

Accommodation

Yes. Paid by the employer.
 

Meals

Yes. Paid by the employer.
 

Work conditions, protection and security

Work conditions are normal, and safety and security measures are communicated during training done at the work place. Employer insures correct work conditions, protection and work security measures before beginning work. Training is given during first day regarding health protection and safety at the workplace.
