1,600 - 2,200 GBP/ month

*Earnings are paid monthly, usually in the bank account opened by the candidate at a UK bank, or cash. Salary is : GBP 8.50 / hour - GBP 10 per hour depending on the candidate's profile. Hours worked during legal holidays: x2 of the usual hourly rate (17 GBP - 20 GBP / hour)

Working time and resting time

9 working hours/ day (Monday – Thursday), 5.5 hours/ day (Friday)
5 days/ week
minimum 41.5 hours/ week
29 days off / year (it includes 9 legal holidays)
 

Overtime

Overtime is considered as any hour worked over normal work schedule (41.5 hours / week). Overtime hour rate: 1.5 of the usual hourly rate (GBP 12.75 - GBP 15 / extra hour). Overtime hours are usually given outside normal work hours before 8:00 am or 5:00 pm and / or Saturday. Hours worked during legal holidays: x2 of the usual hourly rate (17 GBP - 20 GBP / hour)
 

Nature and length of contract

Self-employment contract, for an indefinite period. The first 6 months is considered probation period.
 

Transport ticket (home country – Northern Ireland)

The cost of transport to / from the host country is the responsibility of the employee. Exceptions: Depending on the candidate's experience, the company may decide to provide additional support in the purchase of the ticket and its deduction from the salary. The company organizes pickup from the airport based on the airport where the employee arrives.
 

Accommodation

Shared accommodation, 1 person / room, the deposit is paid by the Company, the rent and utilities are paid by the company and deducted from the salary of the employee: max 75 GBP / week.
 

Meals

Not provided. The accommodation is provided with a functional kitchen.
 

Local transport

Not provided.
 

Work conditions, protection and security

Candidate must follow internal regulations set by the employer, as instructed, in order to follow their employment contract. Work conditions are normal, and protection and security measures are communicated from the first day.
