MAIN RESPONSABILITIES: Electricians

 
 
Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures
Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem
Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components
Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes
 
 
 
Advise management on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous
Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, to ensure compatibility and safety of system
Maintain clean conditions in all associated work areas
Perform any other duties as required by supervisor or management
 
 
 

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES: Welders

 
 
Lays out, positions, and secures parts and assemblies according to specifications
Tack-welds or welds components and assemblies
Cuts work piece
Melts lead bar, wire, or scrap to add lead to joint or to extrude melted scrap into reusable form
 
 
 
Installs or repairs equipment, such as lead pipes, valves, floors, and tank linings
Observes tests on welded surfaces, to evaluate weld quality and conformance to specifications
Maintain clean conditions in all associated work areas
Perform any other duties as required by supervisor or management
 
 
 

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES: Locksmiths

 
 
Installs, repairs and rebuilds mechanical or electrical locking devices
Disassembles locks and repairs or replaces worn tumblers, springs, and other parts
Inserts new or repaired tumblers into lock to change combination
 
 
 
Cuts new or duplicate keys, using key cutting machine
Maintain clean conditions in all associated work areas
Perform any other duties as required by supervisor or management
 
 
 

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES: Auto mechanics

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES: Auto and industrial painters

 
 
Prepare surfaces to be coated by using various methods to remove grease, dirt and rust
Monitor extractors, drying fans and heaters
Mix chemicals to meet the requirements of the customer
Spray coatings onto manufactured products to provide finished surfaces
 
 
 
Move items to drying areas and unload and stack them for further painting or packaging
Operate paint dipping baths
Touch up defective areas of painted items
Clean nozzles, containers and hoses of machines
 
 
 
 
 
 

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES: Tinners/ Sheet metal workers

 
 
Fabricate, assemble, install, and repair sheet metal products and equipment, such as ducts, control boxes, drainpipes, and furnace casings
Setting up and operating fabricating machines to cut, bend, and straighten sheet metal
Shaping metal over anvils, blocks, or forms using hammer
Operating soldering and welding equipment to join sheet metal parts
 
 
 
Inspecting, assembling, and smoothing seams and joints of burred surfaces
Touch up defective areas of painted items
Clean nozzles, containers and hoses of machines
 
 
 

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES: CNC programmers/ operators

 
 
Program creation and modification during all phases of production
Machine components for first articles or production
Monitor quality by, taking measurements, detecting malfunctions, troubleshooting processes
 
 
 
Adjusting and reprogramming control while adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes
Maintain clean conditions in all associated work areas
Perform any other duties as required by supervisor or management
 
 
 

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES: Mold technicians

 
 
Performing mold changes for machines and setups
Performing scheduled and periodic mold preventive maintenance, cleaning, polishing, repairs, and overhauls
Performing assembly, modifications, installation, and connection of auxiliary equipment as required for different line configurations and production requirements
 
 
 
Performing required preventative maintenance and repairs on other facility and auxiliary equipment and systems
Maintain clean conditions in all associated work areas
Perform any other duties as required by supervisor or management
 
 

Hourly salary, monthly salary and payment dates

 

Minimum

1.900 EUR/ month net

for 170 worked hours/ month

 

*Salary is paid monthly, via bank transfer, until the 20th of the month. Overtime is paid 25% extra. Employees with exceptional abilities who receive very good feedback from managers may receive a salary raise.

All employees pass through a mandatory training session, before starting work. Training is free of charge. During training employee will be accommodated by employer.

Civil status

Both married and single/ divorced candidates may be accepted
 

Experience

Minimum 2 years previous experience on a similar/ equivalent position
 

Qualification

Qualified candidates have a major advantage
 

German level

Minimum level 6 on a 1 to 10 scale
 

Other foreign languages

Not required, but it is an advantage
 

Driver’s licence

Not required, but it may be an advantage.
 

Working and resting time

8 working hours/ day
5 working days/ week

Nature and duration of contract,

Employment contract for unlimited period, for those who successfully pass first 6 months of probation period.
 

Transport ticket (home country – Germany)

Travel costs are covered by employee. Pick-up is available from Stuttgart airport, free of charge. If employee cannot fly to Stuttgart, then he may travel to Stuttgart airport, from where he will be picked up.
 

Accommodation

In staff apartments/ houses situated close to the workplace. Monthly rent is up to 400 EUR/ person and is paid by the employee.
Sometimes, depending on the situation, a deposit may be necessary but this is very rare.

Not covered, but employees receive full information on bus routes and schedules so they may organize their travel to work
